Our products are all made-to-order before being carefully packaged in our HQ and sent off to you, so please allow 10 working days before dispatch.

Once you’ve completed your purchase, we will send you an Order Confirmation email (please check your junk mail or spam folders if you can’t find it). Otherwise, email us sales@myntco.uk to re-send your confirmation email to you for personal reference. You will be provided with your tracking number after the dispatch of the item/s. At this time we unfortunately cannot be held responsible for any items that go missing with Royal Mail. 

International orders may be subject to customs or import duties and tax charges once they reach their destination country outside of the UK. These charges are payable by the customer and we do not currently cover this cost. By law we must declare all items at their full price and cannot alter this amount to decrease custom fees.
